Modular pricing suited us

Payroll is a separate subscription, which was not obvious at first, and the recruitment module is expensive for what it does. Starting with leave only and adding modules later suited our budget, which is about the only positive.

The mobile app means site staff actually submit requests, and the org chart updates itself as people join and leave. No complaints so far.
