VAT returns submit to HMRC without a single error in two years, and the bank feed categorises so well that Monday mornings are no longer a chore. The 90 percent off deal hides a renewal that stung the following year, but we live with it.

Support was on the phone in minutes rather than a ticket queue, and moving from Sage took an afternoon and the import brought everything across. No complaints so far.

The bank feed categorises so well that Monday mornings are no longer a chore. Only real gripe is that payroll is a separate add on, so the real monthly cost is higher than it looks.
