Fine for our size

The interface changed twice in a year and retraining staff is a cost, and adding employees to payroll pushes the monthly cost up faster than expected. VAT returns submit cleanly and the MTD side has never given us trouble, which is about the only positive.

Reliable, if not exciting

Receipt capture is metered and 30 a month goes quickly in a busy period, and the interface changed twice in a year and retraining staff is a cost. Having payroll included saved us a second subscription entirely, which is about the only positive.

Better than the last one we used

Having payroll included saved us a second subscription entirely, and CIS deductions calculate correctly, which the last package got wrong twice. No complaints so far.
