Solid step up from the basics

Being part of the Access Group, it connects to our payroll, and it scaled with us as we grew past the small business tools. Per employee pricing adds up compared with a flat per company rival, but we live with it.

The reporting is a real step up from the simplest tools, and applicant tracking and reviews live in the same place as records. No complaints so far.
